Mint nails

Last weekend I decided to branch out of my comfort zone after organising my vast nail collection and realising the majority were all red, pink or somewhere in that colour spectrum. I bought a couple of blues, purples (which I am still wary of) a matte top coat which I am wearing in the pictures above and this little beauty. Well, I say little - Revlon Nail Enamels are positively HUGE, nearly 15ml!
This little number is "85 - Minted" and I am very much in love with the colour. The formulation on every single Revlon polish I've tried has been lovely and this is absolutely no exception. One coat and 2 minutes later you're ready to walk out of the door on a cute Autumnal walk in the woods. (Okay, pictured above is two coats but I've always enjoyed painting layer on layer until they're damn near perfect. I've applied a matte top coat over this as although this colour has no shimmer to it at all, I have just repurchased my matte obsession so of course I used it.
These nail enamels are also very good if you're on a budget. I think they're £5 from Boots and the huge size means you really don't need to repurchase one like, ever.
I think, this may just of broken me out of my pink nail rut.
